Dear Colleagues,

 

As per the global IT Infrastructure decision to change the authentication process for all Siemens applications, the log-in for the applications listed below will be changing to MyID, the new authentication solution for Siemens employees which replaces the existing Corporate Entitlement Service (CES).

 

This change applies to the following applications:

o      ADP W-2��������������������������������������������� ������� - Go-Live 09/01/2020

o      ADP T-4����������������������������������������������� ������ - Go-Live 09/01/2020

o      Siemens Benefit Service Center (Alight) - Go-Live 09/15/2020

o      Ask HR������������������������������������������������� ������ - Go-Live 09/15/2020

o      Fusion�������������������������������������������������� ������ - Go-Live 09/15/2020

 

This change affects all employees (with and without Siemens email addresses)

 

On the dates listed above the MyID and SiemensID solutions will become effective for all users for the associated application. Please refer to the 2 categories below to identify which solution is applicable to you and access the resource materials for login steps attached.

In preparation for the Go-Live, IT has provided a solution to help you test your Log-In prior to the change.

* If you have ever had a Siemens email address assigned to you (i.e. firstname.lastname@siemens.com) ensure your account is unlocked to access your email prior to following the MyID steps. If you are unsure if you have a Siemens email address or need support accessing it, please contact ATOS for support (contact see below).

 

IMPORTANT: If you are a Manager of any employees without Siemens email addresses, you will need to provide the information and instructions for login with the SiemensID solution to those employees. Siemens ID is a specific solution within the MyID environment, only available to employees who never had a Siemens email address.

If an employee had a Siemens email address in the past and is not currently using it, it will need to be reactivated. In these cases, the SiemensID login via private email address is not available. Please reach out to ATOS for support if required through the reactivation (contact see below).
